Quarto extensions

Quarto extensions are a way of adding functionality to the base set of tools that exists in Quarto. For example, I used the spotlight extension to be able to highlight sections of my slides (like this) that I used for my recent talk at posit::conf. The {renderthis} package helps you to convert between formats. For example, if you make slides in Quarto and render them to HTML, this package can also help you make PDF versions.
