Why do we need to tidy the satisfaction questions from the last example?

Hi Eda! Are you referring to minutes 53-54? Pivoting the satisfaction questions to the longer format will make it way easier to do summaries and plotting by groups. Because now the two questions are in different columns, you can't compare the answers between them in one plot, for example.
