Please use this to record a video so we can help diagnose your issue.

Please follow these steps:

1. Select screen (please don’t show your camera as it sometimes covers up important things on your screen).

2. Select entire screen.

3. Make sure to give permission to record your screen as well as your microphone and camera.

4. Hit record and record your video, narrating the issue for us.

5. When done, hit upload (uploading doesn’t happen without this).
