If some team members have moved to Positron, do all members need to move, or will Projects/Scripts/Quarto play well in either IDE?

The programming languages are interoperable and should work in any IDE built to deal with them. The project files are a bit different, though. Although you can open an R Proj file using Positron, it will not work the same way as it does in R Studio (it will not automatically set the working directory as the hosting folder). Positron uses a different workflow - check this extra lesson that we've published last week.
