In this video I introduced the Landsat satellite program, and specifically Landsat 7 which we'll use for NDVI calculations throughout this course. Landsat 7 and 8 have orbital periods designed to re-image the same "scene" (or area) every 8 days. I've included this information because I think it's interesting - there's no need to learn about this or any other satellite program for this course.
